Catherine Page is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and psychotherapist, with an interest in the mind-body link and specifically how emotions such as anxiety and depression affect the body.  Catherine began her career as a Personal Assistant working in design, the film industry and latterly to high profile individuals. After a varied and colourful career working abroad and in the UK, Catherine gained a Master’s Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling and has run a private practice in Central London for the past ten years.


Catherine’s main areas of interest are depression, chronic anxiety and chronic pain. With a growing interest in the mind-body link, Catherine began training as a Kundalini yoga teacher to deepen her understanding of the powerful connection between mind and body. She has trained in London, France, Russia and India, gained her Level One certificate with Amrit Nam Sarovar, and continues her Level Two with Golden Bridge. Catherine has trained under teachers such as Karta Singh, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Carolyn Cowan.


Catherine currently teaches on the Top Manager Programme for The King’s Fund an independent charity working to improve health and care in England. Classes are tailored to encourage and introduce the consideration of yogic movement and meditation as a means to improve general health.
